Millenniums Tower is what makes vertical living, worth living

Millennium Tower
Located in the heart of SOMA on the leading edge of the Financial District, Millennium Tower offers an immersive San Francisco lifestyle that is beyond compare. Residents choose from three distinct condominium environments: Residences, City Residences and Grand Residences. This is the epitome of luxury vertical living in San Francisco.

Through La Vie, the Tower’s unique social program, residents enjoy exclusive life experiences designed around their shared passions for food, wine, travel, art and culture. Since launching, residents have enjoyed monthly themed Share-A-Bottle Nights, Fireside Chats with prominent locals, and even weekly private movie screenings. These one-of-kind events coupled with private vineyard tours, Broadway shows, and exclusive outings to the hottest spots around the neighborhood and beyond have made Millennium Tower more than a place to live, but rather, a way to live.
Millennium Tower

When Millennium Partners, the developer behind the Tower, first came to San Francisco’s SOMA neighborhood, it was very industrial, gritty, and home to many of the Bay Area’s underground scenes. But soon after the Millennium Partners built Four Seasons opened, SOMA began to evolve. This evolution continued through Millennium’s mixed-use, office and retail developments the Metreon and 735 Market Street. In what many consider to be the city’s best example of vertical living, Millennium Tower has successfully created an exclusive community within the building that gives residents access to all the best things that SOMA has to offer.  Millennium learned early on in its quest to create the best of vertical living, that they are never just building a place, but rather building destinations. Millennium Tower stands as forever proof of that concept, and as one of San Francisco’s most coveted addresses.

Michael Mina lives here: Millennium Tower

Depending on who and where you are, when you hear the name Michael Mina it will likely influence the first thought that comes to mind. If you’re on the East coast and happen be at the Four Seasons Baltimore or the Borgata Atlantic City, luxurious seafood form SEABLUE or WIT & WISDOM may come to mind. If in Vegas, you might think STRIPSTEAK, or BOURBON STEAK if you happen to be in Miami, Detroit, or Scottsdale. But, if you’re in San Francisco and live at Millennium Tower, only one thought comes to mind, my good neighbor.
Michael Mina's Kitchen at Millennium Tower
At 22, Michael Mina was given the opportunity of a lifetime, to help design a San Francisco restaurant from scratch, and he threw himself into it heart and soul. 20 years and 20 restaurants later, Mina has evolved into a world-class chef, restaurateur and entrepreneur. In many of America’s top competitive culinary cities, his restaurants have become a premier destination for steak and seafood lovers, and for foodies from around the world. Having successfully left his mark across America, Mina returned to the city that helped define him, San Francisco, and in 2009 opened what many consider the ultimate dining experience, RN74.

Michael Mina's Stove
RN74 is located on the ground floor of Millennium Tower, the ultra luxury residential tower that has literally transformed the SOMA neighborhood, and is home to many of San Francisco’s most distinguished residents. Mina believed this was the perfect place to unveil his new dining concept, and the perfect place to purchase a luxury condo, and to call it home. The restaurant was envisioned as an urban wine bar, rather than just another place to eat. RN74 was inspired by European rail stations, named for the main highway that runs through the Burgundy Wine Region of France, and was designed by New York-based design and concept house AvroKO. RN74 is a unique place where the very best of wines are celebrated, and you just happened to be served incredible Burgundy-inspired dishes utilizing locally sourced ingredients.

Millennium Tower Fire Side Chat
While Mina’s culinary expertize has brought joy to many, I think the residents at Millennium Tower have the most to cheer about. As part of their exclusive living experience, they have a private RN74 menu to choose from daily. Owners can gather in the Tower’s impressive Club Level, or the Private Dining Room to enjoy fine wine and fantastic meals prepared by Mina’s Executive Chef Jason Berthold. So it is no wonder that when Tower residents hear the name Michael Mina, they smirk a bit and think fondly of their good neighbor.
